Renters' insurance is required to protect your personal belongings. It's a small investment for added peace of mind.

What's the lease duration?

How do I secure my spot for Fall?

Can I bring my own furniture?

Our rooms come fully furnished to maximize your convenience and comfort. As such, bringing additional furniture may be limited. If you have specific needs, please reach out to our leasing team to discuss your requirements.

What amenities are available in the community?

Our community offers a range of amenities, including Fitness Center, game room, study pods,eight-toot deep saltwater swimming pool and many more. You'll have access to everything you need for a balanced college lifestyle.

Is on-site parking available?

Yes, we provide on-site parking for residents. Contact our leasing office for details about parking availability and any associated fees.

What is Individual Leasing?

An individual lease means you are only responsible for your rent and bedroom, with a shared responsibility of the common area. So if a roommate transfers to a different unit or moves out, you don’t have to worry about a thing! Your rent will not go up and you will have no liability for the other person!
